This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mattress company or purchase. The mattress is terrible, the store gives the runaround on any resolution. They do not stand behind their products and provide factually incorrect promises about their return policies. Long hold times, incorrect phone numbers provided for me to call for resolution. Absolutely would not recommend dealing with them. It’s like dealing with a scammy car dealership. Would recommend never even purchasing a pillow here. Absolutely awful experience.
